Backtagging: Perfectly fine. I like to play things to a point where it feels natural to finish or fade off to handwave.
Threadhopping: Also fine, I dont mind in the least.
Fourthwalling: Eh, if you want but Brandon will just look hella confused. Namely since the video games are more popular than the anime, and The Gungrave Game and Gungrave Overdose both take place almost two decades after Brandon's current canonpoint. And he was brought back from the dead via Necrolyzation, basically he was a bad ass zombie cowboy with big ass guns. He would be very VERY confused if someone forth walled him with that. I'm not against it. I only ask if someone does, to please ask me before breaking the news of HOW he died.
Offensive subjects (elaborate): None, if something does bother me trust I will bring it up before it gets out of hand.

Hugging this character: Sure! Brandon's friends were very touchy. He has no problem being hugged or hugging people.
Kissing this character: He's gonna look at you funny, but sure, go ahead. If your character isn't close to him they may get shoved away though.
Flirting with this character: He may be a bit oblivious but sure. Expect a lot of blushing.
Fighting with this character: Oh hells yes, he doesn't really hold backBut he's a baseline human, just a strong one from years of street fighting
Injuring this character (include limits and severity): Totally cool, just let me know if its life threatening.
Killing this character: Sure, just let me know ahead of time.
Using telepathy/mind reading abilities on this character: Totally cool.

Platonic Physical Contact: This is completely fine, as stated in the hugging bit, his friends were very touchy so its totally fine if he views your character as a friend. If he's stressedout or panicing, not so much a good idea.
Romantic/Sexual Physical Contact: Brandon's very shy, he may try to play it off but he has issues with going beyond friendly touching. Canonly as far as it's known he died a virgin, he never kissed the girl he loved due to his own issues of self worth. So, sure if it builds up but know it's going to be a bit of work.
Violent Physical Contact: Totally fine, Brandon love to fight it's when he feels most alive, namely when fighting to protect someone he cares about.
Mindreading: Totally cool.
IC Personal Boundaries/Warnings: Brandon's not cool with rapists, he will try to beat the shit out of any one he sees or hears about trying something like that. He kinda freaks out when people are killed in front of him because of seeing his friend's murdered, he has no desensitized himself to death yet.

Other Notes:
Brandon's backstory has a lot of triggery stuff, he is pretty much a grimdark trying to live in the light. Some things that people would see as wrong he sees no problem with. Like mugging people, or selling stolen goods. This was everyday business for him. And Murder, doesn't exactly bother him unless he's close to those murdered. Canonly he states "Business as usual, it happens so much here no one blinks an eye. Except, the dead on the floor was one of our own."
It should also be said that Brandon's backstory has some uncomfortable things like homelessness, and being abused in the orphanage he grew up in.
